-> Added 'License Plate Editor'! You now can enter your fav. Text and Enable it.
If you buy or Repair you Personal Vehicle at Tuning Shop or LCS etc. It gets sticked to Vehicles from Garage! Also Bad-Word filtered stuff works!

-> Finally added back a long time lost feature: 'Fix // Repair Vehicle'.
You now can Repair your Vehicle fully, Glasses, Popped Tires, anything gets fixed, Its the real old FIX vehicle! Thanks to DMKiller who moved me to the right direction.
